I was a little confused and not totally sure what I was doing, but the phone guy helped me figure it out quickly. It was one of those things where I was overthinking it, and he just kind of walked me through it and made it make sense. Super helpful and easy to deal with.

I ordered from Etrailer and, the install instructions were a lot better than I expected. The pictures actually matched what I was looking at under the vehicle, which made the whole job way less frustrating. I’m not a mechanic or anything, just a regular person trying to get it done in the driveway with basic tools. It did take me a bit longer than the estimate, but that’s probably on me. Everything lined up well, and a couple of the little notes in the instructions kept me from having to redo steps, which I really appreciated. It’s nice when a company takes the time to make things clear instead of leaving people to figure it out the hard way. I’d definitely use them again...

I accidentally ordered the wrong part and had to send it back. I thought it might turn into a whole thing but it was easy. The return instructions were clear enough and I got my refund faster than I expected too. Overall, good experience with etrailer.

They did reply eventually, so I’ll give them that. It just took longer than I was expecting, which was a little annoying. I mean, the experience wasn’t terrible or anything, but it also didn’t really stand out. Kind of in the middle overall.

Found what I needed for cheaper than I was seeing on other sites, so that was nice. Shipping cost seemed fair too, and everything showed up in good shape. No real complaints, happy with how it all went.

I found the part I needed easily. The site was simple to use. A few other items were out of stock, though. Some were not available until later. That was a little frustrating. Overall, it was okay. I just wish the inventory was more reliable. I ended up waiting longer than I expected.

I just dealt with etrailer recently while figuring out a hitch and wiring setup for my SUV, this latest experience was a good one. I had a couple questions going in, but the staff knew exactly what I needed and didn’t make it complicated or rush me through it. Everything they told me matched what showed up, and the install went smoothly. It’s nice, especially nowadays, to talk to someone who actually knows the products they’re selling.

I mostly used etrailer to read through the reviews and Q&A before I ordered a hitch part, i found it helpful. It wasn’t just a bunch of generic comments either, a few people had the same truck as mine, which made me feel a lot better about what I was ordering. I’m giving it 4 stars only because some of the answers seemed a little old, so I still ended up double-checking the fitment on my own. Overall though, I’d say it’s a solid site and I’d use it again

I did get the help I needed in the end, but the response time was slower than it should have been. I understand things get busy, but customers shouldn’t have to wait around without clear updates. I appreciate that they eventually sorted it out, but they need to be more accountable about communication and timelines...

They did fix the issue eventually, so Im glad about that. I just wish I didnt have to keep following up and asking for updates before it finally got handled

My part ended up being on backorder, and I figured I’d be stuck wondering what was going on. But etrailer kept sending updates with new estimated dates — I can’t remember if it was late March or early April or whatever, but they were good about letting me know. It did take a bit to arrive, but I never felt like I was in the dark. Once it shipped, the order showed up just fine. I’d use them again.
